Shipping policy

Here at VIR we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. All packages are discreetly packaged for your peace of mind.

Orders placed before 2pm GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed after 3pm GMT during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

Shipping costs to mainland England are £7.99 for parcels up to 25kg . There is free shipping for over 250 pounds. You can click on the free shipping option at checkout

Anything over 25kg will be charged at an extra 25p/kg

Viewing Orders

You can view your orders by logging in to the 'My Account' area and clicking on the order. Remember this is your order, not your final invoice.

By logging in to the 'My Account' area and clicking the links you can change any of your personal or company information.

 

VAT Number

International orders that do not supply a valid VAT or EORI number will be charged VAT as standard at 20% unless different rules apply.
